This massively anticipated follow up to Opiate is a sworn favorite of fans worldwide showcasing Tool at their best, and on multiple levels. Exacting and precise production pairs seamlessly with groundbreaking guitar riffs, and splitting, heavy bass - especially on Sober and Crawl Away. Lyrically, Tool are at their vitriolic best targeting religious hypocrisy in Intolerance and Sober, the loss of innocence and the resulting consequences in Prison Sex, and deliberate ignorance in Swamp Song. Henry Rollins makes a guest appearance on Bottom, which along with 4 Degrees, deals with questions of identity. Undertow is the epitome of the unbridled fearlessness fans have come to expect of the band.
